We will soon officially welcome you as our customer. You will find important information below about service interruptions and our customer service hours during the account transfer weekend from August 30th to September 1st.

The transfer of your customership will affect banking services to some extent, and there will be service interruptions during the transfer weekend from August 30th to September 1st as follows:

Online Banking
Payment processing in Handelsbanken's online banking will be disabled starting Friday, August 30th, at 7:00 PM, but you can use online banking until Saturday, August 31st, at 4:00 AM. The service interruption is expected to last until Saturday, August 31st, at 6:00 PM.

Bank Card
The Handelsbanken business card can be used as usual until Friday, August 30th, at midnight, after which the technical measures related to the account transfer will cause a service interruption expected to last until Saturday, August 31st, at 10:00 PM. We recommend that you withdraw sufficient cash in advance. The new OmaSp bank card will function normally after the service interruption ends.

We will keep you updated on the progress of the service interruption via text messages sent to the phone number on file with the bank for the cardholder.

Our customer service will be available with extended hours at 
020 764 0600 and via chat on:

Saturday, August 31st, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Sunday, September 1st, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday, September 7th, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday, September 8th, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

We also provide assistance and advice at the following branches on Sunday, September 1st, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Welcome!
Espoo, Helsinki, Hämeenlinna, Joensuu (exceptionally from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM), Jyväskylä, Kotka, Lahti, Lappeenranta, Mikkeli, Oulu, Riihimäki, Seinäjoki center branch, Tampere center branch and Lielahti, and Turku.

Please ensure that you have the following:
- Online banking user ID and password
- Security code card
- Additional SMS confirmation

You will need these credentials to access the OmaVahvistus application. If necessary, you can obtain them from your nearest Handelsbanken branch. If you have forgotten your password, you can activate the Locked Online Banking Credentials service in Handelsbanken's online banking using the identification app before the account transfer.
