Information about cards

The easiest thing to do is to check the PIN in the OmaMobiili app. If you do not have OmaMobiili, you can easily order the PIN in your online bank. You can order the PIN in your online bank’s browser version under Tilit ja kortit > Kortit > Tunnusluvun tilaus > Lähetä. You will receive your PIN by post within around a week. We will charge service fee according to our price list for new PIN orders. You can also contact us via our website’s chat service, call our customer service at +358 20 7640 600 or visit your nearest branch.

You can make an extra payment into your Visa credit account at any time during the invoicing period using your Visa invoice details. Your Visa invoice contains the recipient’s account number and reference number for making an extra payment. The account number and reference number are always the same on your Visa invoice. 

You can also make payments to your Visa credit account on mobile bank using payment template. You can find it on OmaMobiili: Talous > Kortit > valitse kyseinen kortti > Kortin tiedot > Maksa Visa-kortille. The payment will be registered in 1-2 business days.

Remember to always use the reference number when making payments into your Visa account. If you have not yet received a Visa invoice, you can request the invoicing details from our customer service, either by phone at +358 20 764 0600 or in our website’s chat service. 

You can easily change the security limits of your card in your online bank and in OmaMobiili. You can make changes by going to Tilit ja kortit > Kortit > turvarajat ja käyttöalueet. In OmaMobiili, you can change your card’s security limits in your online bank by selecting Tilit ja kortit > Kortit > turvarajat ja käyttöalueet. The changes will enter into force immediately.

Geographic restrictions bring security to your bank account because nobody can use your card outside a specified area. In your online bank or OmaMobiili, it is easy to temporarily expand the geographic restrictions for the duration of a holiday.

You can also change the security limits by calling our customer service (+358 20 764 0600) or contacting us in our chat service. We can change the security limits of your card after providing strong identification.

 

If your card disappears, immediately call the card blocking service. The numbers serve customers around the clock. In Finland, call the number 020 333. If you are abroad, call +358 20 333. The reserve number when calling the card blocking service from abroad is +358 800 1 2400.

You can open a card that was locked at a card terminal by visiting an Otto ATM. When you enter your card in the Otto ATM and enter your PIN correctly, your card will be unlocked.

If your card was locked at a card terminal abroad you can open the card at an ATM that has a VISA logo. When you enter your card in the ATM and enter your PIN correctly, your card will be unlocked.

You can open a card that was locked at an ATM by contacting our customer service by phone +358 20 764 0600 or in the chat on our website. We can reopen your card after providing strong identification. You can also contact us by sending us a message in the online bank or visit one of our branches. When you visit our branch, please remember to bring a personal ID, which can be either a passport or a personal ID card.

When you make an online purchase with the company's Visa Business Credit or Visa Business Debit card, the card information must always be confirmed with your personal OmaSp bank credentials or with the text message confirmation of the corporate card.
